A leading university of applied sciences in Berlin is seeking a proactive member for the Student Experience team. This role focuses on supporting students during their journey, enhancing their academic success, wellbeing, and community engagement. The ideal candidate possesses strong organisational and interpersonal skills, along with a relevant degree. This permanent contract offers a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits, including flexible work options and professional development opportunities.
MISSION
The mission of the Student Experience team is to design, develop, and deliver impactful initiatives that enrich every aspect of students’ academic journey. We foster meaningful connections, empower students to grow personally and professionally, and ensure they remain engaged with CODE’s community long after graduation. We do this across five pillars of student support: Student Support & Communication, Academic Success, Career Success & Personal Growth, Alumni Affairs & Lifelong Engagement, and Community & Wellbeing.
To organise our work, each Student Experience team member contributes to all Student Experience pillars while focusing on one phase of the student journey — Entry & Community, Learning & Growth, or Career & Connection. These focus areas ensure that the team thoughtfully shapes, drives, and supports the full lifecycle of the student experience while maintaining a collaborative, generalist approach.
In addition to the general responsibilities, you will focus on the Entry & Community phase of the student journey, supporting students as they join and integrate into CODE.
