A leading educational non-profit organization is seeking a dedicated Student Assistant to join their Programs Team and support learners in the THRIVE tech upskilling program for women. This part-time role offers flexible hours averaging 15–20 per week with a competitive hourly rate of €14.50–€18.00. Responsibilities include assisting in program delivery, drafting communications, and managing course materials within the Learning Management System. Ideal candidates are enrolled master’s students with experience in online education and digital tools.

With a comprehensive digital platform, Kiron Campus, we have supported over 100,000 learners with skills essential for the labour market, fostering academic, professional, and personal growth.
We are looking for a dedicated Student Assistant to join our Programs Team and support learners. You will contribute to the delivery of THRIVE, Kiron’s tech upskilling program for women with forced migration backgrounds. The next edition will launch in 2026 and support 450 participants across Germany through a blended online format with self‑paced learning, tutoring, and webinars. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who is tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and passionate about expanding educational access for underserved communities.
Working Hours & Compensation
This is a part‑time position with flexible hours averaging 15–20 per week. The hourly rate is €14.50–€18.00, in line with your profile and experience.
