MoveIt2 is an advanced motion planning framework designed for robotic applications, particularly in ROS 2 (Robot Operating System). It enables developers to create sophisticated motion plans for robots, facilitating tasks such as navigation, manipulation, and interaction with complex environments. The "robot hands" project team utilizes MoveIt2 to plan collision-free trajectories to pick and place objects using 5-finger robotic hands for machine loading/unloading applications.
