We are seeking an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer to join our team in Berlin for an exciting bridge construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel structures and prior experience working on bridge design and construction. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering critical infrastructure in one of Germany's key urban areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural analysis and design of steel bridge components in accordance with German and European standards (e.g., Eurocode, DIN).
• Coordination with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams throughout all project phases.
• Preparation of technical documentation, calculations, and drawings.
• Site inspections and construction supervision to ensure quality and compliance with plans.
• Participation in project meetings with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely delivery of engineering outputs within budget and project timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in bridge construction and steel structures.
• Strong knowledge of relevant German and European building codes and standards.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RSTAB, SOFiSTiK, SCIA, or similar).
• Excellent German language skills (C1 or above, written and spoken).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high engineering standards.
