Zusammenfassung

Akkodis sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Strukturanalytiker/in im Bereich Luftfahrt, der/die strukturelle Analysen durchführt, Berichte erstellt und zertifizierungsrelevante Nachweise vorbereitet.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Strukturingenieuren, System- und Elektronikteams zusammen, betreuen externe Lieferanten und verbessern Analyse-Tools. Voraussetzungen: Master in Aeronautical oder Mechanical Engineering, Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung, MSC Nastran/Patran, Kenntnisse der Luftfahrtnormen.

Qualifikationen

• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der klassischen Stresstheorie und FEA.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Luftfahrtnormen, Fatigue und Damage Tolerance.
• Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Verbundstrukturen.
• Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von vollständigen Stressnachweisen und Zertifizierungsberichten.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Strukturanalysen und Erstellung von Stressberichten für Flugzeugstrukturen.
• Unterstützung von Designentscheidungen durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Strukturingenieuren, Systemen und Elektronik.
• Koordination und technisches Coaching externer Lieferanten und Partner.
• Durchführung von Verbundstrukturanalysen und Substantiierungsaktivitäten.
• Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Tools und Methoden für Stressanalysen.
• Bereitstellung von Strukturanalysen-Support für Produktion, Flugtests, Qualitätsmanagement und Lufttüchtigkeit.

We are looking for a new team member to support us on a project for one of our clients in the aerospace industry.

Aufgaben

• Perform structural analyses and prepare stress reports for aircraft structures, including primary structures in compliance with certification requirements
• Support design decisions through close collaboration with structures, systems and electrical engineering teams
• Manage and provide technical guidance to external suppliers and engineering partners
• Conduct composite structure analyses and structural substantiation activities
• Develop and enhance engineering tools and methodologies for stress analysis
• Provide structural engineering support to production, flight testing, quality assurance and airworthiness teams
• Ensure technical documentation meets quality, safety and regulatory compliance standards

Profil

• Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft structural stress analysis
• Strong expertise in classical stress analysis methods and finite element analysis (FEA)
• Solid knowledge of airworthiness regulations, fatigue, damage tolerance, and dynamic analysis
• Experience evaluating structural concepts and recommending design improvements
• Proven capability in analyzing composite aircraft structures
• Familiarity with the full product lifecycle, from concept design through production and testing
• Proficient in MSC Nastran/Patran and related analysis tools
• Experience preparing comprehensive stress substantiation and certification reports
