Zusammenfassung

OHB is seeking a Strategy & Transition Associate (m/w/d) in Augsburg to support development and management of transition roadmaps and to translate opportunities into concrete initiatives. The role requires a degree in business or engineering and experience in transformation or consultancy.

You will prioritise actions, define KPIs, and collaborate with senior management to drive performance improvements. Mobile working options are available along with flexible hours and IG Metall pay scale.

Qualifikationen

• A successfully completed degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a comparable discipline
• Initial professional experience in management consultancy, in-house consultancy, change management or a business area related to transformation is essential
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for structuring complex issues and identifying specific actions required
• A sound understanding of business administration and an interest in operational topics such as processes and organisation
• A structured, reliable and independent approach to work, with a strong commitment to following up on actions, deadlines and milestones
• A strong hands-on approach and a willingness to provide operational and analytical support in the implementation of change measures
• Clear and audience-appropriate communication, as well as a professional demeanour when dealing with senior management, executives and project teams
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, as well as an interest in using modern automation and project management tools
• German language skills at C1 level or above

• Support in the development and management of transition roadmaps
• Translating identified transition opportunities into concrete initiatives, projects and measures
• Prioritising and structuring measures according to impact, urgency and feasibility, as well as defining responsibilities, milestones, dependencies and timelines
• Developing suitable targets and KPIs to measure operational and economic impact
• Managing and monitoring implementation, including progress, KPI, reporting and escalation management
• Designing workshops and preparing decision-making processes
• Preparing and following up on transition and management workshops in collaboration with the Transition Management Team
• Producing analyses, decision-making documents, management presentations and progress reports
• Supporting organisational change and engaging relevant managers, departments and stakeholders
• Contributing to the optimisation of processes, organisation and value creation
• Analysing and optimising key corporate, production and support processes
• Further development of organisational structures, responsibilities, interfaces and decision-making processes
• Contributing to the further development of the business model and operational structures
• Analysis of existing business areas, services and value creation structures, and identification of potential for improvement and transformation
• Support in the development of strategic objectives and concrete areas of action to sustainably increase performance, profitability and scalability
