Job summary

Digetiers GmbH is seeking a seasoned strategy consultant who helps organisations realign their structures, decisions and responsibilities so data and AI deliver real impact. You’ll craft strategies, analyse business value and create concrete use cases with ROI, guiding leaders from insight to delivery.

You’ll design governance models and roadmaps for decentralised structures, work with clients across industries, and communicate clearly in German (C1) to drive tangible change.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in developing business strategies or organisational development, ideally in data/digital contexts.
• Strong consulting toolkit across strategy, project management and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of data & AI use cases and how to assess value and ROI.
• Ability to structure complex questions into prioritized actions and roadmaps.
• Fluent German with C1 level proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients' data and AI deployment strategies to reach business goals.
• Analyse strategies, processes and structures to demonstrate measurable value from data/AI.
• Identify high-impact data/AI use cases, prioritise them and assess ROI.

• You work independently, stay solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team – always with the ambition of enabling real progress.
