TOPTICA Photonics SE is seeking a Strategische*r Produktmanager*in in Laser technologies to lead the Narrowband Lasers product group. You will analyze markets, consolidate feedback, and translate ideas into development projects while shaping the product roadmap.

You will collaborate with product management, development, marketing, and sales, and support strategic customers and international subsidiaries. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree, including a Ph.D., in quantum technology, quantum optics, AMO physics, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in product management, business development, or technical sales.
• In-depth understanding of the AMO market and applications.
• Knowledge of quantum computing, quantum communication, quantum metrology, and quantum sensing.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to develop product strategies.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; extensive network in AMO/quantum community.
• Very good English skills.

• Strategic responsibility for the “Narrowband Lasers” product group (including “Tunable Diode Laser Systems” – TDLS)
• Analysis of markets, trends, customer requirements, and the competition
• Consolidation of market and customer feedback
