TOPTICA Photonics SE sucht einen Strategischen Produktmanager im Laserbereich. Sie verfügen über promovierte Qualifikation in AMO-Physik oder verwandten Feldern, Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch; internationales

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung der Produktgruppenstrategie und Roadmap.

Strategische*r Produktmanager*in - Laser

What can you expect in this role?

• Strategic responsibility for the "Narrowband Lasers" product group (including "Tunable Diode Laser Systems" - TDLS)
• Analysis of markets, trends, customer requirements, and the competition
• Consolidation of market and customer feedback
• Development of product group strategy and product roadmap
• Translation of product ideas into development projects
• Preparation and evaluation of business cases
• Close collaboration with product management, development, marketing, and sales
• Support for strategic customers and international subsidiaries

Must-haves: What you'll need for this role?

• Degree, including a Ph.D., in quantum technology, quantum optics, AMO physics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in product management, business development, or technical sales
• In-depth understanding of the market and applications in the AMO field
• Knowledge of quantum computing, quantum communication, quantum metrology, and quantum sensing
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in developing product strategies
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Extensive network within the AMO or quantum community
• Very good English skills

• Experience with product roadmaps and business cases
