Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a comparable field.

• Solid knowledge of company valuation, financial modeling and business case development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a good understanding of strategic and financial interrelationships.
• Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of initiative, entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, results-oriented working style.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communicator with a confident manner when dealing with management and internal interfaces.

Aufgaben

• Screening, valuation and prioritization of M&A and partnership opportunities as well as conducting market and target analyses.
• Preparation of business cases, company valuations and financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Preparation of management and board materials and creation of impactful presentations.
• Support and management of M&A processes including due diligence, advisor coordination, as well as integration and divestiture projects.
• Independently performing analyses of market, competitor and company developments.
• Contributing to strategic projects and initiatives in Corporate Development.
• Project management and coordination of cross-functional project teams across the entire project lifecycle.
• Supporting the Director Corporate Development, the Executive Board and management on strategic issues and business development.
