Für die Neueröffnung unseres Skechers Stores Ende September im seemaxx Outlet Center Radolfzell am Bodensee suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Store Supervisor (m/w/d). Die Einstellung erfolgt ab Anfang September – die ersten Wochen zur Einarbeitung finden in einem unserer bestehenden Stores statt, bevor es dann ab Oktober in deinem neuen Store richtig losgeht! In dieser Rolle unterstützt du Store Manager und Assistant Store Manager im Tagesgeschäft, übernimmst erste Verantwortung für das Team und trägst dazu bei, dass Kund:innen begeistert sind, Umsätze steigen und das Team seine Ziele erreicht. Die Position ist ideal, um in die Führung hineinzuwachsen und sich für höhere Rollen wie Assistant Store Manager oder Store Manager zu entwickeln.
