Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B, with a strong track record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management.
  • Entrepreneurial, solution-focused mindset, adaptable to fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for new opportunities.

We are a small but mighty team serving coffee out of our stores in six German cities, and we are expanding quickly.


We are currently looking for a Store Manager in Cologne to work directly with our Leadership Team.


The Role

As a Store Manager at LAP Coffee, you will be instrumental to the success of our brand in Cologne, where we aim to become the largest name in coffee. What You Will Do


  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide baristas to achieve company goals while upholding our cultural standards. Support and cultivate a cohesive team, inspiring them to grow into future General Managers.


  • Operational Excellence & Store Performance: Maintain elite operating standards. Monitor key store metrics, plan shifts effectively, keep your team aligned, and identify areas for improvement.


  • Health, Safety & Quality: Maintain strict health and safety standards. Ensure products are handled correctly to preserve the freshness and quality of our food and beverages.


  • Performance Tracking: Accurately track and report daily KPIs, inventory counts, and commissary supply transfers for your location.


  • Waste Reduction: Implement and sustain systems to minimize product waste by monitoring and adjusting inventory par levels in line with business fluctuations.


  • Customer Growth & Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to execute strategies that grow a loyal customer base. Build meaningful relationships with neighborhood businesses and residents to foster local brand loyalty.


  • Training Adherence: Master and apply product, service, and brand training playbooks to maintain absolute consistency.



What You Bring


  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B, with a strong track record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management. (Coffee industry experience is a massive plus!)


  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced, startup environments.


  • Skillset: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure. Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test ideas, and execute within tight budgets.


  • Language: Fluent in English and German.


  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for new opportunities.
