Position Overview

Join our dynamic Store Development team as a Coordinator (w/m/d) managing wholesale shop development projects across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe. In this role, you'll coordinate and oversee shop installations and renovations, ensuring seamless execution of projects while maintaining budgets and timelines. You'll work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional retail spaces that reflect our brand standards.

Your Tasks
  • Manage multiple wholesale shop projects from initial planning through completion, including renovations and new installations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Architecture, Visual Merchandising) and external partners on project execution
  • Monitor and track project budgets, maintaining accurate financial records and cost analyses
  • Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders
  • Oversee maintenance needs for existing locations and coordinate necessary improvements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and databases
  • Travel to project sites (up to 30%) to oversee installations and construction progress
