On is seeking a Store Advisor in Düsseldorf to deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers through their shopping journey, maintain stock levels, and execute visual merchandising plans in our premium retail environment.

You will work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, speak English fluently with conversational German, and contribute to events and store initiatives while upholding our values of teamwork, service, and integrity.

Formación

• 1+ years in retail or customer service, experience in premium, luxury or sports is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers, address needs and provide effective solutions.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and feedback to improve store processes.

Your mission

• Contribute ideas for in-store events, community engagement, and other activities to boost customer interaction and store presence.

Your story

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service, with background in premium, luxury or sports being a plus.
• You have an understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions.
• You possess organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels.Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• You are fluent in English and have a conversational level of German.
