Zusammenfassung

AccountOne GmbH invites you to join a modern, digital accounting team focused on e-commerce clients. You will support tax consultants and corporate finance staff with VAT concepts, cross-border processes and onboarding of new clients.

The role emphasises development of tailored accounting solutions, effective client communication and collaboration with tax firms. A hybrid work model and ongoing professional training enhance growth.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of VAT law with ability to apply it to cross-border e-commerce
• Ability to develop, adapt and implement accounting concepts for clients
• Experience with tax consultants and corporate finance teams is a plus

Aufgaben

• Support tax consultants and employees on all accounting issues in e-commerce
• Assist finance departments of large companies with accounting setup and processes
• Develop and adapt individual accounting concepts for clients
• Audit and validate cross-border VAT processes
• Support onboarding of new clients and ongoing client communication
• Coordinate between clients and tax firms for efficient information flow

Your mission

• Support and advice for tax consultants and employees in the tax offices on all accounting issues in e-commerce
• Support for specialist staff in the finance departments of large companies
• Development, creation and adaptation of individual accounting concepts
• Audit and validation of cross-border VAT processes
• Support with the initial set-up of clients
• Ongoing support for tax law firms in the processing of e-commerce clients
• Communication between client and tax firm

Your toolbox

• Completed commercial vocational training and further training as a tax specialist
• ideally first experience in the field of e-commerce clients
• Confident handling of the Value Added Tax Act and quick evaluation of individual transactions in this regard
• Experienced with DATEV, especially with Kanzlei Rechnungswesen, alternatively also Simba, Addison or comparable accounting systems
