Siemens Energy is seeking a dedicated finance professional to serve as the central finance partner for the Carve‑out Program Lead and workstreams. You will deliver financial guidance through budgets, scenarios, and analyses to support separation and standalone readiness decisions.
You will integrate cost views across commitments, actuals, plans and forecasts, challenge assumptions and coordinate planning across functions, ensuring high data quality and clear management reporting.
This role puts you at the financial center of the carve-out. On 25 August 2026 Siemens Energy announced preparations for the legal and operational separation of Transformation of Industry into a standalone company, a fast-growing business with around 17,000 employees, €6 billion of revenue and a double-digit profit margin. A separation of this scale needs one integrated financial view of what it costs — and you are the person who creates it, working directly with the Carve‑out Program Lead and the individual carve-out workstreams. Your day starts with a review of the latest carve‑out cost forecast. One workstream has revised its implementation plan, another needs a decision on cost allocation, and the program lead needs a consolidated financial view for the next steering meeting. You bring the information together, challenge assumptions and translate developments into a clear management perspective. Later, you work with Finance, IT, HR, Legal and other workstreams to clarify financial impacts and prepare recommendations. Priorities can shift quickly and not every structure is defined yet; your contribution is transparency, financial discipline and well‑founded decisions.
