Reddit is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Ads TPM team within the Technical Program Management Office (Tech PMO). The role focuses on leading technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space, working cross‑functionally across multiple engineering teams to evaluate prioritization, trade‑offs, and risks.

Drive high‑quality programs, guide teams through planning, and create repeatable processes that reduce toil and strengthen outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in engineering and program management roles.
• At least 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ad monetization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Proactive, curious, and creative problem-solver with a pragmatic, iterative mindset.
• Technical depth and judgment; analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
