Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a senior software engineer to own the OpenBlue Airwall product portfolio and drive health monitoring from edge to cloud. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and shape long-term roadmaps while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

We value 5+ years of experience, deep expertise in C++ and/or Rust, networking, and AI-native development.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems or complex software architectures.
• Expertise in C++ and/or Rust, and the networking stack.
• Experience with AI native development, knowing when and when not to use harnesses such as Claude, Copilot, Codex, or Cursor as a core part of your workflow.
• Experience with networking, such as VPN, Secure Remote Access, IAM identity management.
• Preferred Zero Trust Networking experience.
• Ruby & Ember.js.
