Phantom is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own Kubernetes on AWS and scale our multi‑chain wallet platform. You will drive reliability, performance, and security across production systems while collaborating with backend and product teams.

With 8+ years in SRE or software roles, you will leverage Terraform/Pulumi, Docker, and observability tools like Datadog/OpenTelemetry to maintain high uptime and scalable infrastructure for millions of users.

The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.
