Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Staff-level professional to shape processes for digital medical device projects within our Digital Advanced Operations team. The role focuses on bridging software development, process development, and regulatory medical technology to deploy digital solutions from development into operations.

This fixed-term position runs through October 2028. The successful candidate will translate requirements into work instructions, validate documentation, train staff, and deploy content

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, Computer Science, Natural Sciences or a comparable field.
• 4+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably Medical Devices, Aerospace, or Automotive.
• Knowledge of design transfer and development lifecycle processes for software projects.
• Understanding of ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across functions.

In this Staff-level role you will work at the intersection of software development, process development and regulated medical technology, helping bring digital solutions from development into successful operational use. Germany Pay Ranges:

• Freiburg/Stetten 39Std: €5.305 - €8.875 EUR Monthly
