As a Staff Software Engineer, Retail Media / AdTech Solutions, you will shape the architecture and technical direction of our in‑house AdTech platform, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and engineering excellence. You will drive complex technical initiatives across teams, establish engineering best practices, and help build high‑performance advertising solutions. Working closely with Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team, and other stakeholders, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions that support the growth of our Retail Media ecosystem.
