Jobtailor is seeking an engineering leader to drive technical strategy for large distributed systems in a dynamic environment. You will own architecture, reliability, and performance of critical platforms, guiding cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery and cost optimization.

You will define and monitor SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response, improve observability, and mentor engineers while representing the engineering function to internal and external stakeholders.
