About HOLY
  • HOLYis the soft drink revolution:With our product lines Energy®, Iced Tea®, Hydration®, Milkshake®, and our newest innovation, the HOLY Syrup Bottle® you get amazing taste across 50+ flavors while maintaining a good conscience—for your body & the environment.
  • Over 2M loyal customers: Started in a shared apartment by three best friends, we have scaled to Europe's fastest growing consumer brand—and our cult-like community, the HOLY Squad, loves it: 4.6 stars on reviews.io speak for themselves.
  • From D2C to Global Omnichannel: In less than four years, we've profitably scaled HOLY to more than €180M D2C revenue in DACH, FR, UK and PL. Now scaling our retail business, we're on an exciting transition to becoming a true omnichannel rocketship.
  • We are still just getting started: Backed by the world's best consumer investors, we aim to revolutionize the soft drink industry and build a generational love brand: tastier, healthier & more sustainable. Our team of 170+ people aims high (Coca-Cola, we're coming for you!).
About the Position

With a cumulative follower count of ≈1.000.000, Social Media is one of HOLY's biggest brand levers: our content reaches millions of people every month across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, in DACH and in all of our international markets.

As Social Media Project Manager, you own the planning, project management, and execution system behind that output. You are the operational backbone of a talent-dense, growing social team - while our creators and the Social Media & Content Lead focus on ideas and craft, you ensure the right things are planned, briefed, produced, and published on time.

This is a high-impact role in a social media team that already works at world-class level, and is now entering its next stage of growth - with significant ownership from day one and a clear path to grow into senior creative-operations responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media planning & publishing: Own the operational content calendar across all of HOLY's global social channels. Make sure posts are planned strategically, assets are ready on time and publishing runs smoothly, every day, across global markets.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder coordination: Act as the connective tissue between Social Media, Campaigns, Community, Paid, Partnerships, Events and international markets. Align expectations, elevate blockers early and keep one single source of truth for what goes live when.
  • Task & briefing management: Translate strategic priorities from the Social Media & Content Lead into clear briefs, workflows and deliverables for content creators, copywriters, community and market teams - and keep them moving from brief to published post.
  • Project management for major social projects & viral stunts: Prepare and plan our bigger social bets — research, timelines, budgets and stakeholder management — so that execution can happen fast and smoothly on the day.
  • Learning loops & workflow improvement: Set up structured feedback loops, collect input from stakeholders and turn insights into concrete improvements of our social operating system.
About You
  • Excellent project management: 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations or social media operations (in-house, agency or creator/production environment). You structure complex, fast-moving workstreams, keep timelines realistic and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Creative taste for social media: You have a strong grasp of what great looks like on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and you can judge whether a piece of content is ready to go live.
  • Strategic prioritization: You understand why a piece of content or project matters and prioritize based on brand impact, reach potential, campaign relevance and team capacity.
  • Stakeholder management: You are confident aligning many teams, managing expectations and communicating clearly with both creative and leadership stakeholders as a facilitator, not a gatekeeper.
  • Operational excellence & tooling: You love building systems and improving workflows, and you are highly proficient in project management tools like Notion.
  • Creative empathy: You understand creative workflows well enough to enable great output without becoming a bottleneck or over-processing the work.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English is a must, German is a strong plus.
  • Berlin-based, or willing to relocate.
