About the Position

As an Operational Sourcing Manager at HOLY, you will own the operational sourcing lifecycle for selected physical product categories. Your mission is to turn approved product, campaign, and operational requirements into reliable supplier commitments, accurate product data, compliant goods, and on-time delivery. Merchandise is an important part of the role, alongside campaign products, creator and fair products, accessories, packaging, and other operational materials. You will work closely with Forecasting, Design, Campaigns and Activations, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Shop, and Customer Support to make sure products are ready, available, and operationally documented.

Responsibilities
Sourcing & Procurement Execution
  • Own operational sourcing for assigned categories, from supplier research and quotations through supplier selection, purchase order, production, and delivery.
  • Place and manage campaign, creator, fair, merchandise, and other operational orders once requirements, designs, product setups, and quantities are finalized.
Supplier & Order Management
  • Maintain the supplier portfolio and manage day-to-day communication, operational terms, production follow-up, delivery timelines, and supplier guidelines.
  • Track supplier performance, identify risks and delays early, and coordinate corrective actions to protect cost, quality, and availability.
Product & Merchandise Setup
  • Support the development and setup of merchandise and other physical products by preparing design briefings, barcodes, specifications, and packaging information.
  • Create and maintain accurate ERP product records, including SKUs, pricing, taxonomy, attributes, vendor data, lead times, and linked digital assets.
Quality, Logistics & Documentation
  • Coordinate sample and goods QC for merchandise and other products, manage supplier documentation, and support the resolution of quality or delivery issues.
  • Manage direct shipments, forwarder coordination, freight rates, customs documentation, import documents, and delivery tracking.
Cross-Functional Execution & Improvement
  • Coordinate with Forecasting, Design, Campaigns and Activations, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Shop, and Customer Support to ensure products are ready, available, and operationally documented.
  • Support creator collaborations, influencer drops, fairs, new shop merchandise, and pre-approved product catalogues, while improving recurring sourcing and procurement processes.
About You
  • Relevant experience: 3+ years of professional experience in operational sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply-chain execution, or a comparable role.
  • End-to-end order management: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing suppliers and purchase orders from quotation or sampling through production, shipment, and delivery.
  • Physical-product experience: Experience sourcing physical products is strongly preferred. Relevant backgrounds include merchandise, packaging, accessories, promotional products, consumer goods, or other manufactured goods.
  • Commercial understanding: Strong commercial understanding of pricing, MOQs, lead times, production constraints, freight costs, quality, and availability.
  • Supplier communication and negotiation: Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to follow up, challenge deviations, and agree practical solutions.
  • Product data and systems: Experience coordinating product setup and master data, including SKUs, barcodes, vendor information, product attributes, pricing, packaging details, and digital assets. Comfortable working with ERP, procurement, or product-information systems. Experience with Odoo, SKU management, or PIM tools is a plus.
  • Quality and logistics: Good understanding of quality checks, supplier documentation, customs, and inbound logistics.
  • Project management and problem-solving: Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks early, involve the right stakeholders, and drive issues through to resolution.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English. German is a plus, especially for collaboration with German-speaking suppliers.
