Reporting to the VP Operations, the Sr. Site Operations Manager is responsible for leading end-to‑end operational performance across a multi‑functional manufacturing and service site, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and financial results. In this role, you'll drive operational strategy, embed the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) across all site functions, and build a high‑performance team culture rooted in continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a growing Veralto OpCo, with full P&L accountability and visibility across the entire site. • Drive operational excellence through structured KPI management and Daily Management routines, achieving measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, On‑Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, and Productivity.
  • Own the end‑to‑end site operational strategy and roadmap, ensuring functional alignment and translating strategic priorities into executable plans that deliver sustainable business outcomes.

  • Lead the implementation, sustainment, and advancement of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) — owning the L2 Bowler, driving Problem Solving Processes (PSPs), and deploying Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and Daily Management practices to build lasting operational discipline across the site.
  • Optimize planning, replenishment, and Dynamic Kanban processes through active shopfloor engagement and DVM participation, upholding VES standards and embedding continuous improvement into daily operations.
  • Build organisational capability by developing successors, improving Employee Engagement Scores through visible shopfloor leadership, and cultivating a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving KPI‑based operational improvement across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Financial performance in a manufacturing or service setting.
  • Experience with Lean, Kaizen, TPM, Daily Management, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and engage teams of direct reports across multiple functions.
  • Experience with Supply Chain management, PSI execution, and inventory/working capital control.
  • Collaborative leadership approach with demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive sustainable organisational change.
