Overview

Senior Program Manager (Sr.) role within HERE Technologies. The Program Management team within the Professional Services Solution Engineering unit delivers embedded and backend customer solutions for millions of users across Automotive, Transport & Logistics, and the Public Sector.

Role and Team

As a (Senior) Program Manager, you will plan and execute activities within Solution Engineering and collaborate with HERE Business Groups to meet customer commitments. You’ll oversee project schedules, deliverables, and performance tracking through KPIs, manage stakeholders, and take escalation ownership to achieve project goals. You’ll focus on ensuring long-term commitments for delivered solutions are met and bring deep understanding of the technical architecture, development environments, CI systems, and organizational dependencies of these complex solutions.

• Understand and manage customers\' technical requirements to develop custom solutions, acting as a cross-functional leader to align internal activities with customer objectives

You bring leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding solutions. You have experience refining organizational setups, managing complex projects, and driving positive results through direct and indirect teams.

Requirements

• Around 10 years of experience in engineering, project & product/program management, with a track record of managing and delivering cross-functional projects in Automotive, Transport & Logistics or in the Public Sector.
• Expertise in supporting, maintaining, and operating production-grade solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development teams; familiarity with waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Requires domain knowledge and technical expertise in ADAS and Navigation.
• Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills to ensure project success.
• Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity in multilingual environments.
• Languages: English and German fluently; Chinese language is a great added advantage
