Tesla Engineering Germany GmbH in Freiburg is seeking an experienced PCB design engineer to join our power electronics team. You will implement layout practices for multilayer boards, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and generate fabrication documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in circuit-board design, proficiency with Cadence Allegro or Altium Designer, and experience with IPC standards; strong English communication and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

• Proficiency in PCB design using fine pitch BGA with multilayer boards.

• Experience with power supply and switching regulator layouts.

• Knowledge of PCB materials and board stack-up per design requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Implement effective layout design practices into complex multilayer PCBs while meeting efficiency, cost and reliability
