TEKsystems is seeking an experienced MDM Data Architect to support a large-scale enterprise data transformation in a leading financial services environment. The role focuses on Master Data Management, data modeling, governance, and data quality, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions for analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.

Hybrid work arrangement with a contract-to-hire path. Presence near San Diego, CA or Dallas, TX is required for future conversion.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Architect or Enterprise Data Architecture role.
• Strong expertise in data modeling methodologies: Conceptual, Logical, Physical, Dimensional, Semantic.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) programs.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality Frameworks, Metadata Management, Data Lineage.

• Architect data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, and real-time data solutions.
• Establish ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption patterns.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and cost objectives.

Position Summary

A Leading Broker Dealer client is seeking an experienced MDM Data Architect to support a large-scale enterprise data transformation initiative within a leading financial services organization. This individual will play a key role in designing and evolving the enterprise data ecosystem, with a strong focus on Master Data Management (MDM), data modeling, data governance, and data quality.

This position will partner closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analytics teams, and architecture leadership to build scalable data solutions that support analytics, reporting, AI initiatives, and operational business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Data Architecture & Strategy

• Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps.
• Align data architecture with business objectives and strategic transformation initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
