A leading payments company in Schöneiche bei Berlin is seeking an experienced individual to drive product strategy and manage relationships with global enterprise clients. The role requires extensive experience in the payments industry, particularly in business development and relationship building. The ideal candidate has a strong background in client management and is an effective communicator. This position offers a flexible work environment with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Description
At least 12 years of experience in the payments industry, ideally on-line and in large enterprise, card and payment processing, agentic commerce in EMEA and across the globe.
At least 5 years experience in business to business sales and/or relationship building and business development.
Experience identifying, developing, and contracting Partner relationships for Enterprise.
Experience working with the processing and payout needs of Enterprise merchants and marketplaces would be a plus.
Experience in payment orchestration would be appreciated.
Advanced and eloquent communicator, able to speak to Product, Engineering, and Clients.
Experience with B2B and Product software, including: Powerpoint, Salesforce, Jira, Sharepoint, etc.
Bachelors Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Fluency in English required, other languages appreciated.
