We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Lead to join our EMEA Human Resources team at our recently acquired production site in Leverkusen. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, you will translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies, drive organizational development, and ensure a best‑in‑class people experience.
This is a high‑impact role at the intersection of strategy, talent management, and change leadership. It requires a strong physical presence at our Leverkusen site to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives effectively. This position reports to Anne‑Sophie Motte, HR Manager of the Pharmaceutical solutions Business Unit.
Experience: Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or HR Leader within an international, matrix organization. Experience in a factory or GMP environment will be a plus.
Expertise: Strong skills in organizational development, change management, talent management, and workforce planning.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
Interpersonal Skills: Influential communicator with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
Mindset: Business‑oriented, analytical, and proactive in driving HR strategies forward.
