In this senior leadership role, you will act as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader for executive-level data and analytics leaders across Europe and beyond. You will develop influential research and insights that shape how organizations approach data governance, risk, compliance, and the evolving impact of AI. Operating in a global, intellectually rigorous environment, you will engage directly with clients through advisory sessions, presentations, and conferences. Your work will influence strategic decisions at the highest levels of organizations. This role combines deep research, market analysis, and client interaction with visible thought leadership. It is ideal for a seasoned data and analytics expert who thrives on impact, credibility, and innovation.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and develop a research portfolio focused on data analytics governance, risk, compliance, cybersecurity intersections, and AI-driven transformation.
  • Produce high-impact, thought-provoking research and insights that provide actionable guidance to senior data and analytics leaders.
  • Advise clients through virtual and in-person engagements, addressing complex challenges and reframing strategic thinking.
  • Analyze market trends, disruptions, and emerging practices to deliver forward-looking predictions and recommendations.
  • Present insights at conferences, client briefings, and executive forums, both on stage and in smaller advisory settings.
  • Collaborate with peers to shape research agendas, contribute to innovation initiatives, and continuously improve research processes.
  • Support commercial teams by acting as a voice of the market, strengthening client engagement and research adoption.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, contributing to team development and research excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership, strategy, governance, or executive-level advisory roles.
  • Deep expertise in data and analytics operating models, governance frameworks, organizational maturity, and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of the impact of AI on data governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise decision-making.
  • Proven executive presence with the ability to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a global perspective on competitive and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed, international environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 percent as required.
