Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a Senior Cisco SD-WAN Network Engineer to deliver advanced networking design, testing, deployment and migration for a Government client. The role focuses on Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN and large-scale fabric design to fit mission objectives at Ramstein AB, Germany.

You will lead deployment efforts, ensure security compliance, and collaborate with partners to exceed customer expectations while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of hands-on network design/implementation.
• CCNP certification and DoD experience are required.
• Security+ CE or equivalent IAT II, and a Secret clearance are required.
• Experience with SD-WAN deployments and DoD networks is preferred.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Iron Bow Technologies is hiring a Senior Cisco SD-WAN Network Engineer to provide subject matter expertise, leadership, and insight on advanced networking to our Government client. Emphasis on design, testing, deploying, migrating and managing advanced infrastructure solutions partner technologies and service delivery. The position will directly support Ramstein AB, Germany.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Drive and build networking solutions and capabilities with our customers.
• Work closely with customers to consultatively build technology requirements around mission and business objectives.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize large-scale SD-WAN fabrics using Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN to custom fit and migrate the existing customer’s production network for IPv4/IPv6.
• Manage solution deployment adhering to modern industry best practices while meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partner community and customer base.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT DRIVE SUCCESS

• BS and 10+ years of hands-on experience with network design and implementation
• CCNP and IAT II certification
• Experience with large-scale SD-WAN deployments leveraging Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN with migration expertise.
• DoD Experience incorporating WAN routing (Air Force experience a value add).
• Hardening Cisco devices for security compliance objectives.
• Experience with networking and cloud automation solutions such as Ansible, Terraform, Python a bonus
• Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to present in front of small to large audiences
• Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize various project deliverables, committed in meeting target deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Security+ CE or equivalent IAT II certification required
• Secret security clearance required
