Zusammenfassung

Magna International sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Automatisierungsingenieur/in für die Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Industrierobotern in Bayern.

Sie erstellen SPS-Programme (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal), analysieren Störungen und unterstützen bei der Integration von Robotersystemen in Fertigungsprozesse. Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit im internationalen Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Industrierobotern
• Erstellung und Anpassung von SPS-Programmen (z. B. Siemens S7 / TIA Portal)
• Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung an automatisierten Produktionsanlagen
• Analyse und Optimierung von Schleifprozessen
• Integration von Robotersystemen in bestehende Fertigungsprozesse
• Durchführung von Wartungs-und Servicearbeiten
• Optimierung von Taktzeiten und Produktionsabläufen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Elektrotechnik und Produktion
• Dokumentation von Programmen, Änderungen und Anlagenzuständen
• Schulung und Unterstützung von Bedien-und Wartungspersonal
