Responsibilities

• Fiber Splicing & Testing - Carry out large-scale fiber splicing projects, including ribbon work up to 3456 fibers, using modern splicing technology. Verify system reliability through OTDR traces and loss measurements.
• Data Center Cabling - Deploy and document end-to-end cabling infrastructures (fiber and copper) across core, distribution, and access layers. Responsibilities include routing, patching, and clear labeling.
• Rack Integration - Install, cable, and organize racks and ODFs, while assisting with the setup and replacement of networking and server equipment.
• Infrastructure Support - Identify and repair faults within copper and fiber networks. Conduct performance checks and coordinate with QA teams to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Skills/Must have

• Proven experience in fiber optic splicing
• Familiarity with OTDR testing and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret network schematics
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
• Valid Class B License
