Optimum Health Solutions is seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join a collaborative Allied Health team across NSW and Tasmania. We support clinicians at all levels—new graduates, experienced, or final-year students—through mentoring, career pathways and tailored caseloads.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Speech Pathology (or currently completing final year studies).
• SPA eligibility or Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

• Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders.
• Speech, language and social communication interventions.
• Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties (dysphagia).
• Design, trial and implementation of low and high-tech AAC devices.
• Development, implementation and review of evidence-based therapy plans.

• Parent, caregiver and stakeholder education.
• Collaborative care planning with Allied Health professionals, educators and medical practitioners.

About The Role
