Optimum Health Solutions invites applications for Speech Pathologists to join a twenty-year Allied Health team. We support clinicians across adult and paediatric settings with flexible caseloads, strong mentoring, and clear career pathways.

We welcome graduates, final-year students, and experienced clinicians to apply, offering a collaborative environment with a focus on growth and patient-centred outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Speech Pathology or current final year.
• SPA eligibility or CP Speech Pathologist status.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Aufgaben

• Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders.
• Speech, language and social communication interventions.
• Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties (dysphagia).
• Design, trial and implementation of low and high-tech AAC devices.
• Development, implementation and review of evidence-based therapy plans.
• Functional communication assessments.
• Parent, caregiver and stakeholder education.
• Collaborative care planning with Allied Health professionals, educators and medical practitioners.
• Community, clinic and school-based services.

About The Role

With a strong NDIS and disability focus, you'll work with a diverse range of clients across adult and paediatric settings, with the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interests and career goals.

Your Responsibilities May Include

About You

We're looking for passionate clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference and continue developing their professional expertise.

• A final-year Speech Pathology student graduating in 2026

Essential Requirements
