RWS Group is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support German-language AI content improvements. This freelance, part-time role in Germany (remote) offers a flexible schedule of 10+ hours per week and an immediate start.

You will interact with AI models, follow scenarios, and rate responses for relevance, clarity, and quality, contributing to ongoing quality assurance. This position suits students, part-timers, or stay-at-home parents seeking flexible income with timely payments and

Formación

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Fluent or advanced English (B2–C2).
• Experience with ML tasks, data collection/preprocessing, evaluation/QA, or labeling is preferred.

We are looking for Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in German.

Job Type: Freelance Location: Germany (work from home) Work Schedule: Part-time - 10+ hours per week. Flexible - work whenever you want. Start Date: Immediately Duration: TBC Rate: 18 USD per hour

What You’ll Do

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses based on factors such as relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level fluency in German
• English Proficiency: Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (levels B2–C2)
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.
