Responsibilities
  • Administrative processing of contracts and agreements with a certain level of complexity.
  • Execution of ad‑hoc analyses (e.g., quarterly analysis of HCP fees compared to ANA forecast, including identification of deviations) and leading sub‑processes to improve efficiency within the department.
  • Preparation and continuous improvement of reports as well as reconciliation of invoices to optimize budget efficiency at a medium complexity level.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., proctors, HCPs) to provide resources for training and/or educational events.
  • Logistical support for HCPs in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Requirements
  • Completed vocational training with a commercial focus or a degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in the areas of professional education, contract management, and/or data analysis is desirable.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal competence.
  • Good problem‑solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English.

We offer flexibility! This position can be filled either full‑time or part‑time, depending on individual arrangements and business needs. The role is limited until 31.01.2027. A transition to a permanent position is possible based on project development and individual suitability.
