A leading global medical technology company in Heidelberg is seeking a Specialist Professional Education. The role involves managing contract administration, conducting analyses for departmental efficiency, and coordinating training events. Candidates should have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English. The position can be filled either full-time or part-time until 31.01.2027, with potential for a permanent transition based on performance.
As a Specialist Professional Education (f/m/d), you will manage contract administration and perform ad‑hoc analyses to support departmental efficiency. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, reconciling invoices, and coordinating resources for training events in compliance with guidelines. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English are essential, while a business‑related degree and initial experience in contract management or data analysis are preferred.
