KLA in Deutschland, Standort Hessen/Weilburg, sucht eine Fachkraft im Versand und Logistik zur Überwachung und Abwicklung nationaler sowie internationaler Lieferungen, inklusive Zollpapiere. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Versanddokumentation, Ausfuhrabwicklung, Importabwicklung und Koordination mit Transportdienstleistern sowie die Abstimmung mit Produktion, Einkauf und Lager.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit, fließendes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch, sowie gute SAP

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ideal Speditions-/Außenhandelsfachmann.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in internationaler Logistik, Versand & Zollrecht.
• Deutsch fließend, Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift.
• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse; SAP R3 und GTS von Vorteil.
• Kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert, teamfähig, belastbar.
• Gefahrgut-Erfahrung wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Kundenlieferungen inklusive Erstellung notwendiger, termingerechter Warenbegleit- und Frachtpapiere für den nationalen und internationalen Versand.
• Versanddokumentation, Ausfuhrabwicklung und Koordination mit Transportdienstleistern.
• Abwicklung der Importsendungen.
• Planung und Abwicklung von Ersatzteillieferungen und Reparaturen.
• Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Einkauf, Lager/Wareneingang, anderen Standorten und externen Partnern.

Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Kundenlieferungen inklusive Erstellung notwendiger, termingerechter Warenbegleit- und Frachtpapieren für den nationalen und internationalen Versand unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher und kundenspezifischer Vorschriften
• Versanddokumentation, Ausfuhrabwicklung und Koordination mit Transportdienstleistern
• Abwicklung der Importsendungen
• Planung und Abwicklung von Ersatzteillieferungen und Reparaturen
• Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Einkauf, Lager/Wareneingang, anderen Standorten und externen Partnern

Minimum Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Speditionskaufmann oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position und gute Kenntnisse im Bereich internationaler Logistik / Versand / Zollrecht
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office, Kenntnisse in SAP R3 und GTS von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte, freundliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie lösungsorientierte Denkweise
• Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Gefahrguterfahrung erwünscht aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
