A leading sports brand is seeking a Specialist in Integrated Retail Marketing based in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will execute innovative retail marketing strategies and manage multiple initiatives across Germany and the Nordics. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting global strategies for local markets. As Specialist, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand you will be part of the Retail Brand team Germany & Nordics, as part of the Integrated Retail team andreport directly into the Manager, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand Germany & Nordics. In this role you will be based in Berlin andpartner with the territory VM&S and EKIN (product education and trialing activation) teams, EMEA Brand Management, Nike Direct and Sales teams. You’ll also collaborate closely with the EMEA Retail Brand, Experience and Brand Creative teams as well as a cross functional team from Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver seasonal sport and lifestyle campaigns that elevate Nike’s brand distinction across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners.

You’ll support seasonal retail campaigns and consumer activations across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Nike’s brand priorities in sport and sport culture – lead by innovation, athletes and sport moments, activated with communities and amplified
with media, energy and entertainment in close collaboration with the functional teams. You’ll adapt EMEA strategies for Germany & Nordics, drive territory-led initiatives, and obsess the consumer experience from pinnacle to scale.
