IT-Systemhaus der Bundesagentur für Arbeit in Hamburg is seeking a Specialist Group Consolidation & Reporting (all genders) to independently manage the group consolidation process under IFRS, including notes and management reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with subsidiaries across countries, support year‑end and quarterly audits, contribute to process improvements and the Onestream consolidation software, and maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business administration or related field, or advanced studies in international accounting, group accounting or auditing.
• 2+ years of experience in Group Accounting, ideally within a publicly listed company.
• Experience in a Big Four firm is a strong advantage.
• Expertise in IFRS, including hands-on IFRS accounting assessments.
• Good understanding of consolidation processes, reporting systems and internal controls, ideally Hyperion or Onestream.
• Proactive mindset, high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
• Fluent in German and English.
