IDEEMATEC sucht eine/n Special Assistant to the CEO (gn) zur Unterstützung des CEO-Teams in Bayern. Sie bereiten strategische Entscheidungen vor, steuern bereichsübergreifende Projekte und übersetzen Prioritäten in operative Vorgaben.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vorstand zusammen, koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aufsichtsrat und berichten zu KPI-Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Standorte: Ismaning, Neusling oder Plattling, hybrides Arbeiten möglich.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Vergleichbares; Master bevorzugt.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in strategischen Positionen, z. B. Executive-Support oder Chief-of-Staff.
• Mindestens 1 Jahr Auslandserfahrung (beruflich oder akademisch).
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Management komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Entscheidungen für die Geschäftsführung eigenständig vorbereiten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aufsichtsrat unterstützen und Governance-Mitschnitt liefern.

Preparing strategic decisions, bringing the Supervisory Board and Management Board together, actively shaping the company's next stage of growth: a lot comes together in the Office of the CEO that is critical to IDEEMATEC.

You prepare the Management Board's substantive decisions, support the collaboration with the Supervisory Board, and steer cross-functional projects and special topics directly on behalf of the CEO. You translate strategic priorities effectively into the organization and help shape key strategic decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

Education & Experience

• Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, or a comparable field at least a Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred, ideally with a quantitative focus
• Several years of professional experience in strategic positions, e.g. in an executive-support or chief-of-staff-type role and/or in management consulting
• At least one year of experience abroad (professional and/or academic)
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects

Professional Skills

• Solid knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and process optimization, as well as basic knowledge of budgeting
• Strong business sense and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, along with the ability to structure complex issues and communicate them clearly to different audiences
• Confident and thoughtful use of AI tools (e.g. for research, data analysis, and preparing decision papers)
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital collaboration and reporting tools
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus

• High level of initiative and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and derive actionable recommendations
• Confident presence and strong communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy and in an international environment

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Decision Preparation

• Independently preparing strategic decisions for the Management Board in the form of decision papers, business cases, and market, competitor, and industry analyses, deriving actionable recommendations
• Independently condensing complex issues into decision-ready documents for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and shareholders
• Independently managing and further developing KPI dashboards and management reporting, including commentary and interpretation of results

Supervisory Board & Governance

• Central point of contact for the Supervisory Board, and organizational and substantive management of the collaboration between the Management Board and the Supervisory Board
• Responsible for preparing strategy meetings, leadership circle, Supervisory Board, and other governance meetings, as well as following up on resolutions and actions through to binding completion

Project & Results Responsibility

• Independently steering cross-functional projects and special topics directly on behalf of the Management Board, including scheduling, resource coordination, and results responsibility
• Taking on special projects of high strategic relevance, for example in the development of new locations, business areas, or further growth initiatives, as well as supporting international topics and projects at our locations in Spain and North America
• Leading project teams

Organization, Processes & Digitalization

• Contributing to the further development of corporate strategy, processes, and organizational structures
• Steering digitalization initiatives together with Digitalization and IT

Moderation & Interfaces

• Independently moderating strategy workshops and project steering committees, as well as coordinating professionally with executives and project stakeholders
• Acting as the link between the Management Board and business functions by translating strategic guidance into the organization and feeding back relevant developments, risks, and decisions needed
