Zusammenfassung

Blackshark sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Qualitätssicherung im Bereich Space Systems mit Fokus auf Produktqualität und konforme Prozesse. Sie arbeiten eng mit VPs, Ingenieuren und Operationen zusammen, um die Entwicklung von Raumfahrtsystemen zu unterstützen und gültige Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Leitung von QA-, PMP- und RAMS-Aktivitäten in frühen Phasen, die Entwicklung EN9100-konformer Qualitätsstandards sowie Audits und Abweichungsmanagement.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Space Systems QA
• Verständnis von ECSS und Qualitätsstandards
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
• Analytisch orientiert und proaktiv
• Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Aufgaben

• Führen von Product Assurance-Aktivitäten in komplexen Raumfahrtsystemen
• Leitung von PMP-Aktivitäten in Vor-/Frühphasen der Systementwicklung
• Leitung RAMS-Aktivitäten in Vor-/Frühphasen der Systementwicklung
• Entwicklung und Verbesserung luft- und raketentauglicher Qualitätsstandards gemäß EN9100
• Durchführen von Audits und Steuerung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Leitung von Qualitäts- und Prüfungsaktivitäten
• Dokumentation und Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen
• Übergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Produktqualität
• Förderung kontinuierlicher Qualitätsverbesserung

Deine Mission

As a member of our experienced team in Munich/Germany, you will work together with our VPs & C-Level, engineers and operators supporting the development of our Space Systems to enable Orbital Refueling. You will work closely with our Systems Architects, as well as other domains to shape the future spacecraft.

In detail you will:

• Lead Product Assurance activities in complex aerospace systems activities
• Lead PMP activities in pre- and early system development phases
• Lead RAMS activities in pre- and early system development phases
• Develop and improve aerospace-compliant quality standards acc. to EN9100
• Perform audits and manage corrective action processes
• Lead quality assurance and control activities
• Be responsible for documentation and analysis of quality metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product excellence
• Championing continuous quality Improvement

Dein Profil

• 2+ years proven experience in space Systems level Product Assurance, ISO9001/EN9100 quality and improvement management processes
• In-depth understanding of quality assurance standards (incl. ECSS) & tools
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Fluency in English and German required
