Amazon is hiring for a Sortation Associate (m/f/d) in the Munich area. You will load conveyor belts and transport deliveries to be picked up by drivers at multiple DMU sites.

The role offers day shifts with a base rate of 16.80€ per hour and a guaranteed raise to 17.94€ after 12 months and 19.34€ after 24 months, plus a 5:00-23:00 night premium. Various shifts include both full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week).

Qualifikationen

• Ability to operate in a warehouse environment and follow safety guidelines.

Salary

16.80€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.94€/h gross) and 24 months(calculated 19.34€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 21,84 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 5,04 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

We offer both full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week) opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles.

Shift options and availability vary by site, but you'll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery

• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers

• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages

• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks

• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.

• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
