Amazon Deutschland sucht eine/n Sortation Associate (m/w/d) in Kempen. Sie arbeiten am Standort Kempen in einem Team der Lieferstation, laden Förderbänder, transportieren und bereiten Lieferungen für Abholung vor.

Sie arbeiten in Schichtsystemen (Early, Late, Night) und sichern sich durch eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise eine effiziente Warenbewegung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören das Empfangnahmen von Waren, der Einsatz von Scannern/Computern, das Sortieren von Paletten sowie das Arbeiten mit

Qualifikationen

• 18 Jahre oder älter
• Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sowie Verständnis der Sicherheitsanweisungen und Vorgaben

Aufgaben

• Lade Fließbänder, transportiere und stelle Lieferungen für Abholung durch Fahrer bereit.
• Verwende Scanner, Computer und Handheld-Drucker.
• Sortiere, verpacke und transportiere Paletten und Pakete.
• Nehme Wareneingänge entgegen und bereite sie für die Lieferung vor.

Salary

15.85€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.97€ /h gross) and 24 months(calculated 18.35€ /h gross)

Night Shift

• 20,60 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,75 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 06:00 - 13:30
• Late shift: 14:00 - 21:30
• Night shift: 02:00 - 09:30

Part-time shifts (18+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 09:00 - 13:30
• Middle shift: 06:00 - 13:30, 09:30 - 13:30
• Night shift: 02:00 - 09:30

Working week:

Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smilestocustomers. You’ll load conveyorbelts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Some of your duties may include

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
