Job summary

Amazon is hosting an Open Door Day at DMU1 Olching (Gewerbering 11, 82140 Olching). Registration is required. You can start as soon as possible and learn about the location, the work, and the benefits.

Plan enough time to attend. Day shifts are paid 17.50€ gross per hour, with wage adjustments after 12 months to 18.30€/h and after 24 months to 19.88€/h. Night shift pays 21.84€/h gross with a 5.04€/h tax-free bonus for night hours.

• Proficient in German and/or English with ability to understand and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery.
• Operate scanners, computers, and handheld printers.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Receive truck deliveries and prepare items for loading.

Registration is required for your participation. Please register under the following links:

17.50€ gross per hour for day time shifts
Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated18.30€/h gross) and 24 months(calculated 19.88€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 21,84 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 5,04 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

We offer both full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week) opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles.

Shift options and availability vary by site, but you'll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Working week: Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station - the last stop before we deliver smilesto customers. You’ll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. • Receive and prepare inventory for delivery

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
