Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking a Solution Architect for Enterprise Modernization in Europe. This senior expert drives technical excellence, solution integrity, and capability development within the service line, leading high‑impact client engagements and contributing to pre‑sales and solution design.

You will guide modernization of large legacy systems, mentor engineers and architects, and ensure adoption of delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices across teams.

Qualifications

The Solution architect for Enterprise Modernization in Europe is a senior subject matter expert responsible for technical excellence, solution integrity, and capability development within the service line.

This hands‑on role leads high‑impact client engagements, contributes to pre‑sales and solution design, and ensures the regional adoption and evolution of service‑specific delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices. The role brings deep expertise in modernization strategies and execution in large legacy systems modernization programs, serving as a trusted technical advisor to both clients and internal teams. This role is key to ensuring delivery quality, enabling service adoption, and evolving the technical maturity of the offering.
