• Several years of professional experience in Healthcare IT, Consulting, Operations, or digital solutions.
• Experience with standardized service, delivery or operating models and coordinating customer projects.
• Knowledge of data platforms and analytics/AI-based solutions.
• Ability to translate technical, clinical and business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary and international stakeholders.
• Proficiency with digital applications, project methodologies and DevOps/Cloud/Azure.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You coordinate the implementation of customer projects in the field of digital research and data platforms, from implementation through to productive use.
• You take responsibility for the development and further enhancement of standardized delivery, service, and operating models and ensure the establishment of efficient project methods, roles, and responsibilities.
• You drive project activities forward in collaboration with customers and internal departments and contribute to the achievement of project objectives regarding quality, timeline, and budget.
• You are responsible for the further development of operations, support, and escalation processes and thereby ensure professional and scalable customer operation.
• You analyze project and usage metrics, create transparency regarding the performance of the research platform, and thereby demonstrate its added value.
• You collaborate with Product Development, Data & AI, as well as other stakeholders and customers, to gather requirements and ensure the continuous improvement of the platform.
• You identify optimization potential in implementation and operational processes, establish standardized approaches, and support the sustainable further development of the platform.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have completed a Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, or possess a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in Healthcare IT, Consulting, Operations, Customer Delivery, or the implementation of digital solutions.
• You have solid experience with standardized service, delivery, or operating models and have already taken responsibility for the coordination and implementation of customer or implementation projects.
• You possess sound knowledge of data platforms as well as analytics- and AI-based solutions and are interested in their successful introduction in customer environments.
• You understand the relationships between technical, clinical, and business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• You are experienced in collaborating with interdisciplinary as well as international stakeholders.
• You are proficient in working with digital applications, project methodologies, and structured ways of working, such as DevOps, Cloud Management, and Azure.

Your attributes and skills:

• You distinguish yourself through a structured, quality-oriented, and pragmatic way of working and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks in parallel.
• You possess strong communication skills that enable you to communicate appropriately across different stakeholder groups.
• You communicate confidently in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage in order to operate effectively in an international environment.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholder groups and impress through a cooperative and solution-oriented approach.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a good understanding of the requirements of project coordination, service management, and customer support.
• You think in a process- and quality-oriented manner and recognize opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.
• You possess strong organizational skills as well as a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.
