Peak & Peak is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions for FMCG clients, including Offline Mobile App and data integration. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect (Solution, Functional, or Enterprise).
• Proven track record leading at least 2 full-lifecycle enterprise implementations of Salesforce CG Cloud or legacy platforms.
• Deep functional knowledge in FMCG/CPG industry processes.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce CG Cloud Offline Mobile App architecture and sync engines.
• Mastery of Salesforce platform security, Large Data Volumes, Apex performance tuning, and Governor Limits.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical decisions to executives and stakeholders.

Why we are looking for support

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and visionarySalesforce Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and technical delivery of our Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud solutions.In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and enterprise technology, translating complex FMCG commercial goals into a scalable architecture. You will serve as the trusted authority for cross‑functional teams, ensuring mobile offline performance, seamless data integration, and enterprise‑grade system stability. For this position you need to be located in one of our legal entity countries: Germany, Greece, Portugal.

Your tasks

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the end‑to‑end architectural design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (Retail Execution, Offline Mobile App, Trade Promotion Management, DSD/Van Sales).
• Define system topologies, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks aligned with Salesforce architectural best practices.
• Architect robust Offline Mobile Sync Strategy, optimizing local device payload sizes, historical data ingestion, and sync performance for field reps

2. Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Has a good understanding of the FMCG Industry and has a business mindset.
• Works closely with Business Consultants to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Has a good understanding of a typical day in the life of a Key Account Managers and Field Sales Representatives.
• Conduct architecture reviews (Design Review Boards), evaluate code vs. point and click configuration or out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.
• Govern platform technical debt, oversee code reviews, and project quality
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce Developers, System Integrators (SIs), and Technical Consultants.

3. Integration

• Design seamless integration patterns connecting Salesforce CG Cloud with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/OR Supply Chain tools via middleware or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Architect data pipelines leveraging

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Architect (Solution, Functional, or Enterprise Architect).
• Proven track record leading at least 2+ full‑lifecycle enterprise implementations of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (or legacy CloudSense/AFS Retail Execution platforms).
• Deep functional domain knowledge in FMCG / CPG industry processes
• Advanced expertise in designing for theSalesforce CG Cloud Offline Mobile App architecture and sync engines.
• Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce platform security, Large Data Volumes (LDV), Apex performance tuning, and Governor Limits.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical decisions to C‑level executives and business/non‑technical stakeholders.
