Following a successful Series A extension and significant customer growth, the business is now entering its next phase: building the AI application layer that will empower enterprises to customise, automate and extend their own digital workflows.

They're looking for a Solution Architect - AI to play a pivotal role in this journey.

The Opportunity

As Solution Architect - AI, you'll operate at the intersection of AI innovation, enterprise software, and engineering digitalisation. You'll partner directly with major industrial clients, helping them understand how emerging agentic and applied AI technologies can integrate with their existing systems - from PLM and MES to digital twins and immersive visualisation platforms.

Working alongside the product and R&D teams, you'll translate customer needs into scalable technical concepts and guide the creation of next-generation AI-enabled solutions.

This is not a research role. It's about applied AI, solution design, and customer impact - turning ideas into production-ready outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery with enterprise clients to identify high-value AI integration opportunities.
• Architect and prototype solutions that combine agentic AI, industrial software, and digital-engineering environments.
• Advise product and engineering teams on integration patterns, customer workflows, and long-term AI strategy.
• Act as the internal and external subject‑matter expert on AI‑driven digital transformation within manufacturing and engineering.
• Build trust with customers through technical credibility and consultative engagement.

What You Bring

• Experience in engineering consultancy, digital transformation, or systems integration, ideally within industrial or manufacturing domains.
• Strong understanding of AI / automation technologies and how they can be applied to enterprise workflows.
• Background in solution or enterprise architecture, integration, or technical consulting.
• Familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP, CAD, or digital‑twin ecosystems.
• Curiosity and confidence to navigate new technologies - from generative AI to agentic automation - and translate them into real customer value.
